Our Garden Room has independent access, underfloor heating, an ensuite toilet with electric shower, double bed (for single occupancy)

Furniture provided as per photos and video.

Shared facilities in the main building are: kitchen, laundry, dining room.

We are a friendly bunch and host occasional board game afternoons at weekends. The household is generally very quiet, and so are our neighbours.

We both are regular gym-goers.

Internet and Bills are included, with the exception of electricity. The cabin is independent from the rest of the house, it consumes its own energy and has a separate kwH counter. We charge our tenants only the actual consumption - we pay the standing charges.

We have a cat, and as such we are sympathetic to pet owners, however, any prospective pets would need to be compatible with our furry.

The price listed is for 7 days/week. It can be negotiated down for shorter occupancy.

We offer regular written lodger agreement. We ask ID and proof of income.
