I'm looking for a replacement tenant to take over my contract running till the end of April. After which it will go into a rolling contract if you wish to continue.

The ideal move-in time would be mid to late March, but this can be discussed.

The room is a large room, with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk and bedside table. It has plenty of space. The house is shared with 3 other people, has two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and outdoor patio. Co-op and tesco are 5 mins away, while fratton station is a short 15 min walk away.
