I am renting out one of my double bedrooms in my property. The room includes a king size bed & mattress, double wardrobe & electric fireplace.

I am a live out landlord but I may stay the odd night depending on work. The flat is spacious with a large living room which includes a 50” flatscreen TV & WiFi.

My kids stay every other weekend but we are out most weekends and only home in the evenings, ages 15 & 8. We also have very friendly cocker spaniel called rolo who is house trained & loves cuddles.

The flat is above The seahorse pub, which is a quite family food led pub.

The new tenant needs to be a working professional, clean & tidy. Couples will be accepted but there will be an increase in rent from £550 to £750 PCM

There are kitchen facilities to use and a separate toilet from the shower/bathroom.

Toilet & bathroom are in the process of being decorated hence no photos.
