Detached property in North End area of Portsmouth. The spare room which has accommodated many guests from Airbnb and one housemate for the past 3 months, has a large in build wardrobe. New smart TV and small comfortable double bed. Linens are also included as an option. There is also a large skylight which is perfect for the warmer months. Many guests have commented on the quietness of the room, since the skylight is located at the rear of the property, and not the road side.

The shared living spaces:

There is a large lounge area, with a projector screen set up for a little cinema experience. There is also a games corner set up in a section of the lounge (Yes the host is a bit of a nerd).
Adjacent to the lounge is a large kitchen-diner, with a piano which you're welcome to use.
Kitchen facilities: Microwave, oven/grill, Washer/Dryer, fridge/small freezer space and kettle.
Bathroom is located upstairs. Shower system set-up in the bath (gas heated).

All bills included. Including Disney+ & Netflix. Superfast WIFI too.

Every two weeks, my son (4) stays for 2 nights over the weekend. There is also a kitten residing in the property.
