Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and respectful professional to rent a double room in my newly bought home in Fishbourne, near Chichester.

The house has a relaxed and social vibe while still being peaceful during the week. It’s fully furnished, modern, clean and well looked after. There is allocated parking available, outdoor space, and great transport links.
• 5 mins walk to Fishbourne train station
• ~5 mins drive to Chichester
• Good links to Portsmouth/Brighton/London
• Use of garage storage space could also be discussed.

I work full-time and enjoy going to the gym, dancing and socialising, so ideally I’m looking for someone easy-going who appreciates a tidy and comfortable home. I’m usually out during weekdays and weekends, so quite often you would have the place to yourself.

The area is very quiet and peaceful, with lovely neighbours and no passing traffic, making it a great place to relax after work.

The spare room includes a wardrobe with additional built-in storage spaces. The room can be furnished with a bed and desk depending on tenant preference.
