Well managed cosy house with fortnightly cleaning services for shared areas included.

Tenants pay their own bills but this is already set up with the current tenants. Bills will be split three ways.

We are looking for a chilled, friendly and sociable person to join our house share and someone that will respect elderly neighbours.

No smoking and no pets, however we do have a house mascot that is Jeeves the Hamster!
