Hi, I’m Denise, and I live in Baffins area with my son Connor (a barber) and our friendly cat, Lola. We’re a welcoming, respectful household looking for someone who would enjoy a comfortable place to call home.
I have a bright, fully furnished double room available from 1st May 2026 in a clean, relaxed home. The house is in a relatively quiet residential area, ideal for someone who values a peaceful environment.
The location is fantastic—close to St Mary’s Hospital, local shops, parks, and everyday amenities. There are excellent transport links, with bus stops just a two-minute walk away offering easy access across Portsmouth and beyond. The seafront is also just a short bus ride away, perfect for enjoying some fresh air and downtime.
A bit about the household: I’m a professional counsellor working part-time from home for the NHS, and we take pride in keeping a tidy, friendly, and respectful space.
Rent: £595 per calendar month (including bills) This price also includes a cleaner one a week to maintain the communal areas
