I have my own small gardening business, serving clients across South East Hampshire.
Having purchased a brand new 3-bedroomed town-style house in late 2023, one mile from Waterlooville town centre, I have a double room available on the first floor, for a medium or long-term let from 1 June, with its own adjacent bathroom. Viewing available now.
It is not currently intended to let the 3rd bedroom, which is on the same floor ( there are 3 floors ), and is available for shared storage.
I have two adjacent off-road parking spaces at the rear of the property; one of which remains available.
I’m looking for a sociable, single, straight male or female housemate, 28-45, who is in full-time employment, and prepared to share general household chores ( I’ll manage the garden!) .
I have said "No" to 'Smoking' above, although I am an occasional smoker myself; However, I don’t smoke in the house, and would expect any housemate, who smokes, to only do so outside.
I cannot conveniently respond to enquiries until the evenings, when home from work, say after 6:00 or 6:30pm.
Please advise occupation and working days/hours.
