Double room en-suite available with shower on a floating home in an idyllic setting.
I’m looking to share with someone easy going, relaxed and responsible. This is a beautiful area and great if you’re into walking, cycling, sailing, surfing.
The bus to Chichester or East Wittering is a 15 min walk. Chichester is a 20 minute cycle.
When I’m here we’ll share all areas like housemates, I am taking the smaller spare room. There is a lovely garden terrace area with fire pit bbq to hand out on sunny evening, which is fenced in if you’ve a dog :)
All modern conveniences just on a floating home instead of land and a beautiful place to live.
Then when I’m away (most weeks or every other for a few days) you have the place to yourself and then you have space for guests too. No big/everyday drinkers please 🙏
