Looking for a professional with a friendly, creative soul to share my home in Emsworth.

There is a double room available from March or April. It is next to the shared bathroom and over looks the rear garden. There is another toilet downstairs.

It's a 5/10min walk to all the highlights of Emsworth including the harbour, Nore Barn woods, tennis courts, pubs, shops and train station.

There is free parking on the road and normally a space right outside.

I have a garage but there isn't much space - enough for a bike or paddleboard.

I am a creative university lecturer and music producer. I work from home half of the week and I'm often away at weekends and during the summer. I enjoy being in or on the water, hiking the south downs and live music/ raving.

I eat mostly veggie/vegan and happy to share meal prep. The kitchen is small but works well for 2 people.

The back garden has a veggie plot so you would be welcome to plant bits - I need help but managed to get some good courgettes and beans last year.

I am used to sharing and keep the property well maintained and stocked with essentials and although I dj and produce music I am conscientious of sound levels and mostly use headphones.

I love animals so if you have well behaved dog or cat it would be very welcome.
