Shop at the bottom of my road. And parking is good. would like professional person. Room would be good for student. No smoking in the house. And no loud noise at night as I have to work. So similar person would be great. your have your own living room. The other room is a bedroom double bed. Shared shower and toilet. Shared bath. And shared kitchen all bills included there is also internet .own space in cupboard own freezer. And use of the washing machine and tumble dryer. also a lovely size garden.
