The house is in Milton, Southsea. a modern house , 18 years old in a very good residential area. I am a live in landlady with a female student. Am looking for a quiet, tidy, clean, respectful professional female or female student for either full time or Monday to Friday, or a student who is at the university or local college. There are busses nearby and I'm not too far from the beach or city centre. I have had a garage conversion and have a lovely West facing garden not overlooked, and overlooking a park. I also have my 3 lovely cats.
