Myself and my cat Archie are selling our house over next 6mths-12mths but would like to rent a room.

The single room is 3m x 3m, facing back garden with single bed and wardrobe but happy to be furnished or unfurnished and do how youd like. I may consider renting very large Double room at £550pm.

Quiet, friendly, work week days. We spend most of outside of work watching movies.
