You are welcome to view and rooms are available as per first come first served basis.

We are happy to welcome people that are looking for a nice relaxed place to stay that are happy to keep clean and share the space well.
Couples are welcome but the costs vary depending on room.
We are more than happy to discuss costs and arrangements on a one to one basis.
All rooms are king size with one being slightly smaller.
All rooms are modern and well furnished, please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
We are professional people that also live here but do not share the space, we only use the main access door.
All rooms include bills.
We are located in a free to park area, an also have direct access to main bus routes within a 30 second walk.
We are only 20-30minute walk to QA Hospital. And only 10mins from a main train station.
