All the facilities in the apartment are brand new, including an elevator, a gym, a laundry room, a movie room, a billiards table, a ping-pong table, a sofa lounge, a study area, a communal kitchen, and any maintenance issues are promptly addressed.
On the second floor of Building A, the dormitory is for five people, but currently only four people are living there. My roommates are all very kind except me, and they are all girls. There is a restaurant downstairs, and opposite there is a supermarket and a Chinese supermarket. It takes about ten minutes to walk to a large Sainsbury's.
