Our flat on Darkes lane is looking for 1 new members for the next year with the lease beginning July 1st.

It is a three bed flat above the shops on Darkes lane, with permit parking on the residential streets outside. It is located a 2 minute walk from the station (and shuttle bus) and sainsburys.

There is a good sized living room and a spare room currently used for drying clothes and a desk. There is plenty of storage in the flat for things such as suitcases. Bedroom is pictured, with an old unfurnished picture for one from before we moved in. But currently has a double bed a desk and a wardrobe inside so is actually very spacious

While the flat is unfurnished, the current flatmate is wanting to sell majority of his furniture in the room and in the common spaces. You will be living with a RVC student and a working veterinarian currently working in the area

Rent is £583/each (£1750 for the flat) per month, with bills currently working out to ~£60 each per month. This is also council tax band C. This is pretty cheap for the location!

The landlord has been good, very willing to help.
