Looking for ideally a working couple to rent 2 rooms out in my property from the 10th april.
Quiet family orientated coul-de-sac area, modern property, 3 bedroom, living room, kitchen, garden and private parking for 2 cars.
£325 pcm each (room) including council tax but **excluding bills** like wifi, utilities etc.
