DOUBLE BEDROOM AVAILABLE IN LGBTQ+ FRIENDLY FLAT

Looking for a flatmate to make use of the spare room.

The bedroom contains double bed, two side tables with drawers, chest of drawers, and drawers under the bed, as well as a wardrobe so there’s plenty of storage space. It is connected to an Alexa dot with a smart light.

The shared area includes main bathroom with bath and shower attachment, kitchen and living room. Kitchen includes washer/dryer and fridge freezer.. There’s a 65 inch 4K TV in living room with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ and Freeview.

The flat is located about a 10 minute walk from Tesco supermarket as well as cables retail park. Also located a 2 minute walk from the nearest bus stop and roughly 15 minutes from the nearest train station. There is also free parking at the building itself.

As for me, I’m an out gay man so the flat is very LGBTQIA+ friendly, and reasonably, I would prefer to share with other LGBTQIA+ people, though I will consider anyone who makes an enquiry. Given the recent toxic times promoted in the press, i want to emphasise that I am trans/non-binary friendly.

I am friendly and like to be social, so a flatmate who is open to the odd chill night with some good TV, Films or Gaming helps make for a more relaxed living environment. The right flatmate is important for me, so if you want to go for the room, I would appreciate some information about you and your interests so I can get a decent gauge on whether we’d be compatible. While we’d obviously have our separate lives, liking and getting along with the person you live with is key to comfort and happiness in the long run.

If you went for the room, I would expect cleanliness to a reasonable standard of not just the room but the shared space often. And for your share of the rent to be paid on time as agreed. I’ve had issues with flatmates in the past messing me about with rent, so I don’t want that from any new flatmates.

As an added bonus, I often cook decent meals at least 5 times a week. Portions are usually for two people, so happy to cook your tea most nights of the week.

While I will consider pets, I’m ideally not looking for someone with pets as I have a cat myself and anything that could cause conflict for him would be a no go.
