Double Bedroom with Own Living Room - Looking for a New Housemate

Unfortunately, my housemate is moving in with his Mrs, so I’m looking for someone to fill the void.

I’m looking for someone who wants to live in a home, rather than just rent a room in a house. Someone who has their own friends and their own life, but is also happy to go for a cheeky pint, watch a film with a bottle of wine, or have a good old natter from time to time. Plus, we’ve got a spare seat in the pub quiz team.

You’ll have a double room and your own living room, with the kitchen and bathroom shared. There’s also a cleaner every two weeks for the communal areas.

I’m a teacher, so no WFH my end. I love a wine and a whine, and there are some lovely little places to go nearby.

Then there’s Elvis Presley 🐈‍⬛

He’s my one year old cat and the biggest softie going. He’s super gentle and absolutely loves human attention. He will however, make you believe he hasn’t been fed for weeks, despite eating enough to feed a small family.

If you have a pet, I’m happy to introduce them and see how they get on.

I’m looking for a decent (subjective, I know 😂) person who wants somewhere they can actually call home, with enough space to have your own life without feeling like we’re living on top of each other.
