This is a semi-detached house with front and back gardens in a quiet residential area. I am studying and working away from home for up to two years. Ideally two lodgers will come together/ buddy up. The property will remain my official residence while I am away for council tax and mail etc. I expect to be home occasionally to do a bit of gardening and maintainance. I want mature people who can look after the house and would like you to feel at home.
There is space for guests/family to come and stay while you are here. I will use Safe Deposits Scotland to hold deposit funds.
