House is a 12 minute walk to New Pudsey train station with direct and quick trains to Leeds, Bradford, Halifax and Manchester. Bus routes also avaliable.
Local amenities, Large 24 hours Asda and M&S withing walking distance. Lots of local shops and the Co-op withing walking distance...not to mention the famous Grumpys pizza place and number 32 gin bar.

Farlsey is a lovely village to live in, up and coming with lots of local acitivites including farlsey festival.

For the creative folk we also have Sunny Bank Mill within walkin distance, with regular art shows to keep you entertained.
