Hey! We have 1 double bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Battersea Reach, near clapham junction station, £1300 excluding bills. Bills are roughly £85 each. -Double bedroom + your own bathroom -£1,300 excluding bills for the room -Modern, safe and secure apartment buildings -Around 15 mins walk from Clapham Junction Station and 10 mins walk from Wandsworth Town Station -Early September move-in, with some flexibility - Gym inc. You would be living with me and my boyfriend. I'm 23 and he's 24 (turning 25), we both work full time - I work in social media and he works in finance. We're sociable and love going out, for coffee & trips to the pub, but equally love chilled evenings and our own downtime. We already have friends around the area too, so we'd really love to find someone we can actually become mates with, rather than just housemates.
