We have two rooms to let in our two-storey maisonette. One is in the loft, and you will have a private floor all to yourself. The room contains a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom that was newly renovated, as well as drawers and a hanging rack for clothes. This is suitable for couples.

The second bedroom is on the floor below the loft, and it has built in wardrobes and a single bed. Although there is no ensuite bathroom, you will have sole use of the bathroom on the same floor. There is also a smaller private study that you can use in addition to the bedroom.

One thing to note is that our house is currently on the market and we may have occasional viewings from prospective buyers so we ask that you are okay with it. In return, we are offering a good price for the room rental and use of multiple rooms in the flat.

We don't know when the house will be sold but it might take around six months so suitable for those looking for shorter-term stays.

Bills included, although we ask that you are considerate with your usage to keep bills low.
