I am moving out of this lovely flat and I am looking for someone to take over my room.
The room would be available from 15th February.

It is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and a bedside drawer. It is the largest room in the house.

It is about a 10-15 mins bus from Putney station and Barnes. It is a short walk to Roehampton uni. There’s close bus stops, convenience stores nearby and it’s a short walk to Richmond Park.

Currently living here are 3 females and 1 male(who stays in the room downstairs). Ages are between 18-24. There’s a mixture of students and working professionals. The living room/kitchen is shared. Everyone is respectful, clean and easy going.

Would ideally prefer a female as the bathroom is shared by the females upstairs.
