Our flatmate is moving back to Spain and we are looking for someone to take over her spot.

The house:
- Spacious x3 bedroom, x2 Bathrooms (1 bathroom is private for one of the other rooms in the house) and a garden.
- Fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room (all shared items available)
- Extra storage throughout the house.
- a bright shared office room.
- Great relationship with the landlord. We are renting the whole flat so you will be replacing our flatmate on the contract.

The Room:
- Partially furnished and our flatmate is happy to give the bed frame for free.

The location:
- 10 minutes walk to either East Putney or Putney National Rail station.
- Close to Putney high Street with plenty of shops, cafes and supermarkets.
- There is an off license next door that is open 7 days a week.

Two professionals in mid 30s. Looking for a professional who will keep the relaxed, friendly atmosphere in the house.
