The house has a big living room, modern kitchen, and a garden with seating. It’s relaxed, sociable and friendly, but not a party house.

The room is a proper double, fully furnished, bright and comfortable with good storage.

Rent: £1,200 pcm (bills included)
Includes utilities, council tax, WiFi + a fortnightly professional cleaner for the whole house.

A bit about me: I work in the Film & TV industry. I’m easy-going and social, into tennis/golf/football, gym, films/TV, pub night and meals out. I love to travel and explore new places.

I also have a 2nd room available to rent if you were looking to move with a friend.
