Peaceful, secluded, light, spacious house to share with me (quiet lifestyle) and 3 pampered Persian cats. Everything is comfortable, good quality and works. Cleaner for shared areas and hope you are naturally tidy, like me. All bills included.

There are comfy sofas/chairs, flatscreen TV, fully kitted kitchen including dishwasher, gas cooker, double oven, air fryer, rice cooker, mini multi-cooker and nespresso (my idiosyncrasy: microwaves are avoided), dining area plus washer, dryer, broadband.

Double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, ghost designer chair. Own luxury bathroom with tub and separate shower (not ensuite but adjoining and shared only with any overnight guest, which is infrequent).

Courtyard garden, with patio furniture for soaking up the sun…this home has it all.

The vast green space of Putney Heath, which adjoins Wimbledon Common, is a 3 minute stroll away, a rare combination of suburban amenities with a semi- rural lifestyle.

The closest bus stop is also just 3 minutes walking. It's 15-20 minutes to East Putney tube station and Putney train station, both zones 2/3. 1/2 hour by bus to Kingston-upon-Thames, said to boast the second largest shopping centre in England.
