We’re looking for a friendly and tidy female housemate to take a cozy box room in our lovely home. Female preferred. The house has a calm and welcoming vibe, and everyone gets along well, so we’re hoping to find someone who keeps shared spaces clean and is respectful.

The location is very convenient — only a 6–8 minute walk to Barnes Station and around 15 minutes to Roehampton University. All bills are included, so there are no extra costs at all. You’ll be sharing the house with very friendly students and full-time working professionals.

This is a female-preferred home. Please note that no beef or pork is allowed to be cooked in the house. Non-smoker preferred.
