The flat has three bedrooms, a balcony area, one bathroom, and a shared kitchen/living room with all the ammenities.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from the Wandsworth Town Station, and a 20 minute walk from Clapham Junction (there is also a bus every 15 minutes to the latter which takes 5-10 minutes).

My current flatmates are moving out so I am looking for two people to replace them. The shared rooms are all furnished as well as the smaller bedroom which has a double bed, a wardrobe and some drawers. The larger double bedroom will be unfurnished.

I am 28 years old and work in a laboratory during the week. I am tidy, easy-going to live with and am looking for similar people. The area is quiet but well-connected for transport so would suit anyone working from home or commuting.
