There are three rooms becoming available in a friendly shared house over the next few months. This is a dog-friendly home, so loving dogs is essential 🐾

🔹 From 1st April - 2 double rooms available
£992.75 per month each however the 3 months’ rent is required upfront (April–June).
These 2 rooms are available on a sublet basis from 1st April until 30th June, with the option to sign onto a new joint tenancy from 1st July.

🔹 From 1st July - Largest room in the house will become available at £1,141.60 per month
Part of the new tenancy starting 1st July.

👉 From the pictures, the first two rooms shown are the rooms available from April and the third room shown is the large room available from July.
