Large double room in a spacious, airy flat on Putney Hill - 10min walk from East Putney (district line) and 3mins from Putney rail station (20min trains to Waterloo).

Current flatmates are Flora (30, bookseller) and Freya (28, paralegal) - both friendly, bookish, clean and responsible, looking for someone likeminded to fill the third room! We both have partners/family in other parts of town so are away some nights. Nights we're both home usually involve wine, gossip and Traitors/Drag Race.

Rent for this room is £950pcm and bills usually come to slightly over £100.

The flat has a large living room with sofa, dining table, TV and long balcony overlooking the shared garden. The kitchen is small but well-equipped and the bathroom is spacious with both a shower and a freestanding bath.

The room comes with curtains, large built-in wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk & chair (see 2nd pic) but NB not the bed & headboard - these can be bought off the current tenant for £80ish.

Not suitable for couples as there's only one bathroom and the kitchen is small.
