Hello!

We have a room becoming available in our super spacious flat in Earlsfield. A little about us, we are 2 guys and 1 girl. All working professionals aged 24-30

We are looking for someone to replace our roommate who is sadly leaving the flat. Our flat is located 5 minutes walk from Earlsfield train station, 12 minutes walk from Southfields tube station and there is also a bus stop right out front that takes you to Putney or Waterloo & Victoria. We have a south facing balcony (which is actually a fire escape) that is great for sun bathing. We have an absolutely enormous living space and a pool table too. Lastly, the council tax is mega cheap!

We are looking for someone around our age group who is outgoing, clean & tidy and respectful of other flat mates. We want whomever moves in to treat this as a home rather than a lodging. The room is available from mid Feburary and we would be looking to fill it asap!

Rent is £792.50 not including bills. These are roughly £100 per month. Deposit is £995.
