The flat is also conveniently located to Roehampton university (main entrance) & Queen Mary’s hospital & the bus 493 from across the road goes to St George’s hospital Tooting,

PS. A bit about me. I’m an introvert artist & do short courses at Morley College. I like my own company & generally stay in my room after college to watch geo political programs on you tube.

What I’m looking for;
Ideally an independent clean person - either a student or professional who works in an office (no WFH) & someone who is self sufficient & welcomes sharing with only one person & a cat. Home for me is a place of solace & self reflection so if you need a social environment with a chatty flatmate you will probably not feel comfortable here.

I usually live with busy full time students who have their own lives & are happy to do their own thing & have their own friends,

If you are allergic to cats or don’t like animals this place will not suit you.,

The shared kitchen is quite small so this flat won’t suit someone who cooks a lot,
