I have a cat, Nina.
Bills are included if you’re a full time student- if you work or study part time there’s a £25pm charge towards council tax.

We have a lovely cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.

There is a nice furnished living room with a lovely view that’s available for your use.

The flat is off upper Richmond Road. Near Barnes station (2 bus stops or 10 min walk). Nearest tube is East Putney - accessible by bus (10mins)

The flat is also conveniently located to Roehampton university (main entrance) & Queen Mary’s hospital & the bus 493 from across the road goes to St George’s hospital Tooting,

PS. A bit about me. I’m an artist & do short courses at Morley College. While I’m happy to chat a bit with my lodger, I like my own company & generally stay in my room after college to watch geo political programs on YouTube. I usually live with busy full time students or professionals who have their own lives & are happy to do their own thing & have their own friends,


What I’m looking for:
Ideally an independent clean person - either a student or professional who works in an office (no WFH) & someone who is self sufficient & welcomes sharing with only one person & a cat.
If you are allergic to cats or don’t like animals this place will not suit you.,

The shared kitchen is quite small so only one of us can sensibly use it at a time. As a result, this flat won’t suit someone who wants frequent long cooking sessions,
