The property is located 30 seconds from the river Thames. 3 minutes to Putney High Street. Plus close to lots of restaurants, shops and pubs on Lower Richmond road.

Its great for active people. The Thames river path is perfect for cycling and running. Bishops Park is also located just over the river. There’s also lots of rowing clubs in the area and in the summer the Oxford and Cambridge boat race starts directly in front of the flat.

There’s 3 stations in close proximity.

2 Underground stations both on the district line - 20 minutes to Westminster.

The Overground on the fast train will get you to Waterloo in about 20 mins.

The A3 is also located just at the top of Putney Hill.

It’s a generous 3 Bedroom 1 bathroom property with kitchen/dinner and separate large living room with river views.

Single room -

The room has been recently renovated. New bed and large closet. The room also has a new small desk in there that can be folded away if needed (unfortunately no photo). Large Double Bedroom -

The largest of the bedrooms. This room is at the back of the building, away from the noise from the main road and looks onto a nice small park.

Very quiet flat as the only room looking onto the main road is the living room and the rest of rooms are incased within the building.

Flat -

The kitchen and the bathroom however are a bit dated. But everything in it is working and always been clean.

The flat comes with large TV and Apple TV. If you need parking as well that’s something we can arrange. It would be of-street parking and would have to be arranged with the council.
