We have a cozy, furnished double room available in a modern, spacious and furnished apartment that is close to transport links, restaurants, bars, and shops. The reason for the availability is due to our flatmate moving overseas for work purposes.

The flat is modern, light, very spacious, has a great kitchen/ living room, and fully furnished - photos don't do the flat justice. We also have a new balcony which is perfect for lockdown measures.

We will be able to accommodate smaller items and homewares. You will be sharing a large bathroom with one other person.

The rent is £675/mth. Bills are around £75/mth and include electricity, gas, water, internet, council tax, and property insurance.

The room will be available from 18th December but we can be flexible for move-in dates (earlier in the month) and can be flexible with the length of the lease, although we would be seeking a minimum of 6 months. The landlord is lovely and super responsive.

East Putney Station (District line) is about 10 minutes walk away, a 15-minute walk to Putney train station and there’s a bus stop outside our door with easy links to Clapham Junction and Victoria. We are within walking distance to Wimbledon Common, Putney Heath, Putney High Street, and the Thames path (an ideal spot for runners!). Putney is a safe and quiet area but close enough to the high street for a good night out.

I'm an Australian working in public policy, Faye is Irish working in property management, and Baptiste is French, working in marketing.

There is also room in the living room and a reliable internet connection for anyone who needs to work from home.

We are looking for a responsible, (reasonably) clean, considerate flatmate who will treat the place as their own, and would like to have an occasional meal or a drink together. No couples sorry as our property insurance covers 4 people only.
