I have a double room to rent in Putney Vale, 2 minutes into Wimbledon Common, 5 minutes to Richmond Park. Big ASDA 5 minutes walk away. On the 85/265/K3 bus routes but no close tube.

The house is a 2 bed maisonette, kitchen, living room. Plenty of storage and parking (all be it you may have to fight a bit for a spot). Dog friendly, I have a 2 year old Sprollie.

Council Tax band C. Bills are not included, to be split 50/50, which would be circa £200pm at the moment.
