We are looking for a flatmate to join us from the start of October 2026.

The Flat is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) with entry through a communal door, with a fob key.

* Property is in a great location and very convenient, we are just a 10-minute walk from Putney Overground station which is 1 stop away from Clapham Junction and it only takes 15mis into London Waterloo.

* We are also a 10 min walk from East Putney Underground station for the district line.

* Bus stop right outside our flat with 24-hour buses going to central London & back.

* 10 min walk down to Putney High Street, which has multiple shops for food shopping/restaurants/bars 🍲🍹

* We have a Sainsbury, Tesco, Lidl, Waitrose & 24 Asda all within 10 mins from us 🛒

* Multiple Gyms are within walking distance, great safe running routes, lime bikes and forest bikes are widely available close to the house and there’s a private car park where you can park your car/motorcycle if you have one.

About Us
* My partner and I are 30 years old, we're very sociable, and down for a chat, but we can also keep to ourselves if this is your preference.

* I work in music so I’m a mix of working from home and also going into the office throughout the week, my partner works at a school and is also studying for her master's, so she is normally at work or university.

* We are really down-to-earth people, and easy to talk to.

What we’re looking for?
We are looking for someone in their mid / late 20s or early/mid-30s, someone who can commit to the flat long-term for stability.

Our preference would be someone who's sociable and down for a catch-up whilst being happy with their personal space too. We'd love a clean and tidy person who takes pride in the home that they live in, someone who is considerate, friendly and is just good vibes!
