Large room on the ground floor of a share house with easy access to the garden. With easy access to nearby bus stops, all within a 5-8 minute walk. Friendly and chill housemates with a mixture of professionals and postgraduate students. Easy to talk to everyone but they also keep to themselves. 2 Bathrooms are shared between the 6 rooms, and 3 toilets are available in the house. ALL bills are included in the rent.

Please note we do have a cat in our little house
