We are looking for someone that wants to be friends, we live an after work pub trip or a Sunday Roast, so we want someone that will want to join in with us. We also do respect each others own space and time!

The new tenant will need to go through reference checks, therefore ideally someone with a full time job or that has a UK guarantor.
