Hello! I’m looking for a new roommate to move in first week of July as my current flatmate is sadly moving out as she’s bought a new flat.
The flat is really lovely, modern and super clean, has a large storage closet in the hall with washer/dryer and dishwasher in the kitchen.
The room itself is a bright, spacious double that comes with 2 x large built in double wardrobes, 2 x bedside tables and a chest of drawers. The bed also has storage underneath! It comes with river views so can watch the sunset from bed!
You also get your own bath room that has huge storage!
It’s a really lovely development, we’re on the river so have gorgeous river/sunset views, 2 x gym (free), a pool, concierge and 24/7 security, there’s a mini Sainsburys in the development, coffee shop, pizza. Wandsworth town station is under 10 min walk and East Putney tube about 10-15 min walk.
Rent is 1,250 with bills circa 150 pcm and additional quarterly bills (dependant on usage).
