Bright Double Room in Southfields Terrace House with Garden (Short Term Let)
We are looking for someone to rent the second bedroom in our lovely two bedroom terrace house in Southfields for a short term stay while we are travelling.
My Partner will be based in Berlin for two months and I will also be travelling for around six weeks during that time, so the house will be quiet and you will have plenty of space.
The house is a cosy terrace in the Grid area of Southfields and has a large open plan living and dining area with kitchen, which opens onto a garden patio. It is a really nice space to relax, cook and work from home if needed.
The room itself is a good sized double bedroom and you will share a family bathroom.
We also have a very friendly Springer Spaniel called Cooper who lives with us. Ideally we would love to find someone who enjoys dogs and might be open to looking after Cooper while we are away. If that works for you we would reduce the rent significantly. However this is absolutely not a requirement as we have other arrangements available if needed.
A bit about the area:
Southfields is a great neighbourhood with lots of cafes, pubs and green spaces. Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common are nearby and the District Line from Southfields station gets you into central London easily.
We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful of the space.
Short term only. Flexible dates within the two month period.
If this sounds like a good fit please send us a message and tell us a little bit about yourself.
