Hi, I’m moving out of my room in East Putney due to surgery and looking for someone to take over the rest of my contract (which ends on 1st May but option to renew).

It’s 3 mins away from East Putney station which has a Waitrose, Costa, Co-Op and Sainsbury’s all seconds away from each other, plenty of other cafes, bars and gyms all just minutes away. 5/10 mins (depends how quick you walk) from Putney station which has good connections into the city and else where.

The flat itself has 2 bathrooms each with a toilet and are both communal. Big fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridge freezers so plenty of space for all your shopping, and also has a washing machine and a dryer. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers a desk and chair and a big mirror

All the bills ARE included, including council tax, Fibre high speed 5gb wifi, and a cleaner who comes every 15 days to clean up the communal areas!
