Hi there :) I’m looking for a friendly and easy going flatmate to share this lovely 2 bed, 2 bath flat in a luxury private gated development in SW15.

It's a large, bright, comfortable, and quiet double room with large windows on first floor in a modern 2 bed/2 bath apartment in a gated community. Single occupancy (no couples, sorry!).

Comes fully furnished with a double bed, orthopedic mattress, curtains, wardrobe, two chest of drawers, bed side table, desk and chair for working, and mirror. Happy to buy anything if needed as well (perks of a live-in landlord).

All bills + furnished + Super Fast 150 Mbps fibre WiFi included + electricity + water + council tax + heating + weekly cleaner, making it a hassle-free living experience. I will also be responsible for buying all the cleaning products and toiletries.

Pet friendly house. Well-trained only please! I am a massive dog lover.

A bit about me: I’m a friendly, positive professional with a balanced lifestyle. Work in tech/data and has own AI startup on the side. Quite clean and tidy. Very friendly and social. Big on sports (gym, padel, yoga, football). I work from home 2-3/days. Wake up early 6 AM most days. Weekends full of sports and activities. I enjoy sports, good food, cocktail bars, good vibes, music, meaningful chats, and creating a calm, comfortable home. I appreciate my own space, but I also love having a flat that feels warm, friendly, relaxed, and social in a natural way whether that’s cooking together, playing padel together, sharing a glass of wine, or just catching up after work. I also drive so happy to help with anything as much as I can.

I’m open to living with a man or woman, and I’m mainly looking for someone respectful, clean, social, communicative, and easy to get along with. Ideally, we’ll get on well and create a home with good vibes only to live in. Be good mates while respecting privacy.
