I’ve been living in this 2 bedroom flat for a-few years and now I decided to let the bedrooms out to save some money.

There are two rooms available in the flat, the other room is larger and I have advertised it separately.

It is newly renovated clean/tidy double room.

The flat is in a nice location in East Putney, 5-7 mins walk to East putney underground and local shops and has the bus 170 right outside which goes to Wandsworth, Clapham Junction or all the way into Victoria.

It is a newly decorated and fully furnished cousy room including double size bed ( please note the current bed in the picture will be changed to a newer bed as this one is broken in some part and makes some noise ). A set of drawers and a very large built in wardrobe and a double glazing windows.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom to share.

I'm an easy going friendly professional who works most of the time and when I'm not working I'm into sport, travelling, socialising, music, reading and somtimes I'd like to cook and don't mind sharing my food with my flat mate.

There is a shared garden at the back of the building and a place to park bicycles or motorbike.
