An affordable furnished double room is available in our friendly home in SW18.

Our current housemate is moving in with their partner and so we are looking for a new housemate!

The room is furnished with a double bed, side tables, wardrobe and built in cupboard. The house has a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom.

Rent is super affordable for location, tucked in a safe neighbourhood watch community. We are about 5-10 min walk to bus station and local corner store. 10 min ride to Tooting Bec. 17 min walk to Wandsworth Common station.

You will be sharing the house with myself (an aussie) and 2 males (both from the north), who have become great friends. We all love working out, the outdoors and enjoy a casual drink here and there together but love our own space also. Ideally we want someone who will fit in with the house also.
Rent is £550 a month with bills averaging no more than £100 a month. We also have a cleaner who cleans the common areas.

Move in date is the 1st March.
