Nice, cosy flat with large room and double bed. The communal areas of the flat are always kept clean and tidy. The flat is walking distance to both Earlsfield overground (15 mins) and Wandsworth town station (20 mins). There is on street parking outside the flat for permit holders or free after 4.30pm if you drive to work. Always spaces.

You’ll be sharing with Glenn, he’s a 26 year old professional, really friendly and easy to get along with. I’m heading off to Asia travelling hence the reason I’m looking to leave the tenancy.

The tenancy renews on a yearly contract every December.
Bills are around £90 per month including WiFi.
