Looking for a new flatmate in a 3rd floor 2 bed Putney flat. Current flatmate is moving out to live with his partner and I’m looking to complete a change of sharer to stay living in the flat, aiming for October 14th move in. Letting agent is KFH, looking to have referencing started by 13th September.

Very quiet location in Putney within a 15 minute walk of Putney station and 20 minute walk of the district line. Plenty of bus stops nearby.

I’m a paramedic and work long hours (no night shifts). I enjoy baking, raves and boxsets in my time off. Happy to be sociable with a film, dinner or night out but also enjoy my own time. Love cleaning and being in a tidy home.

No gender preference, would prefer another professional 22-30 but flexible.
