The flat is off upper Richmond Road. Near Barnes station (2 bus stops or 10 min walk) I use East Putney Tube, I take a bus 337. When there’s no traffic it takes 10 mins but in traffic can be 20 minutes. Also near Putney overhead & the high street

The flat is also conveniently located to Roehampton university (main entrance) & Queen Mary’s hospital & the bus 493 from across the road goes to St George’s hospital Tooting,

PS. A bit about me. I’m an artist & do short courses at Morley College.

What I’m looking for;
Ideally an independent clean person - either a student or professional who works in an office (no WFH)- who is likely to stay at least an academic year. ,

If you are allergic to cats or don’t like animals this place will not suit you.,

The shared kitchen is quite small so this flat won’t suit someone who cooks a lot,
