URGENT STUDENT TENANCY TAKEOVER – NELSON PLACE, BELFAST

I’m looking for a student to take over my Ensuite Bronze room at Student Roost, Nelson Place, Belfast.

Room details:

* Rent: £159 per week, bills included
* Fully furnished bedroom with a small double bed
* Private en-suite bathroom
* Shared kitchen facilities
* Wi-Fi included
* Student accommodation
* Available ASAP, subject to approval
* Tenancy ends: 11 July 2027

The room has never been occupied by me and is available for an official tenancy takeover.

The replacement student must meet Student Roost’s eligibility requirements, and all takeover arrangements will be handled directly by the accommodation provider.

Please message me through SpareRoom if you’re interested. I can provide further information and photos.

I’m hoping to arrange the takeover as soon as possible.
